The client - International Technology client with a vibrant and inspirational atmosphere, a large portfolio of buildings across the world with a large campus in London.
You will oversee the day to day delivery of all hard services across the London portfolio. You will also act as the main point of contact when the FM is absent. You will ensure that all planned and reactive maintenance is delivered to the highest standards, oversee projects and moves and manage a team in internal staff as well as contractors. You will be assertive and very customer focussed with a passion for delivering high standards in a cost effective way.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a facilities or similar role
- Mechanical or electrical experience
- Management skills
- Quality management
- Experience of working for an FM provider
- degree level quals
The role is Monday-Friday 8-4pm with flexibility required. Salary is negotiable based on experience.Rhona Cloherty
