Exciting opportunity for a qualified Building Services Maintenance Engineer to work directly for a prestigious company with lots of opportunity to train and develop.
Working directly for a privately owned prestigious client with Grade 2 listed buildings in a cluster within the Aldwich/Holborn area.
Building Services (Maintenance) Engineer to work as part of a team to effectively deliver both a preventative & reactive maintenance schedule following guidelines on safety, timescales & budget.
The role will include the following
The Maintenance Shift Operative shall be responsible for the delivery of first class Engineering Services onsite. The position shall focus on service delivery ensuring planned maintenance and reactive responses meet agreed service levels.
The applicant will be Trade skilled , covering all aspects of building maintenance. This will include carpentry, electrical works, plumbing, heating and ventilation, general building maintenance including basic fabric fixes.
Some planned and reactive maintenance work onsite is delivered by sub contractors, Maintenance Shift Operative shall liaise with these teams to deliver an integrated, subcontractor supported, total service delivery function able to support the business.
The primary responsibility is to support the Property & Projects Department to deliver high class maintenance & engineering services.
Trade specific training including but not limited to building services, e.g. electrical, plumbing, mechanical, ventilation, heating, boilers,
Formally trained in mechanical and electrical services maintenance preferred
17th Edition electrical regulations
You will work days (8-5) with the occasional evening and weekend paid as OT.
