VIVO, a 50:50 joint venture between Serco and Equans, oversees facilities management and service family accommodation housing maintenance on behalf of the Ministry of Defence's Defence Infrastructure Organisation.

VIVO also runs asset and facilities management services for the government's Defence Science and Technology Laboratory in their southwest region and looks after eight of the 13 UK regions of the volunteer estate.  In addition, it provides housing maintenance and FM services for 11 United States Visiting Forces sites across England.
