Incentive FM Group is an independently owned facilities management services organisation that has briskly expanded, mainly through organic growth to its current size from commencement in January 2002. The company operates an entrepreneurial yet very open style of working and almost always contracts on a risk and reward basis with its clients – hence a ‘win-win’ philosophy. Incentive has developed its service offering into a number of related areas beyond its core TFM activity. It has a large contract cleaning business, Incentive QAS, and a contract catering offer, and consultancy assignments with high-profile organisations both at home and abroad. The most recent addition is M&E services.

Incentive works in a number of niche markets including retail, public sector, prestige head office buildings, manufacturing and international consultancy. It offers customers a flexible range of outsourcing solutions designed to reduce cost and increase efficiency.
