Scotland gears up for EPCs
The Energy Institute has signed a protocol with the Scottish Buildings Standards Agency to recognise suitably qualified members from the EI's Register of Energy Consultants to be accredited to issue Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) in Scotland.
