EC clears Hochtief and Volkswagen automotive FM jv
The European Commission has granted clearance under merger legislation to the creation of a joint venture called car.e Facility Management between Hochtief Facility Management GmbH and VW Kraftwerk GmbH and Volkswagen Immobilien Service GmbH.
