Amey has been selected as preferred bidder for the £360m ‘Investing in Education’ PFI project for the City of Edinburgh Council.

The project involves the provision of 10 new primary schools, a secure unit, a community wing and the extension and refurbishment of five secondary and three special schools. Amey Asset Services (and its joint venture partner Miller Construction) will carry out the design and build works over a two years. Amey Business Services will service the facilities over a 30 year period.
