Jarvis has commenced work on a mixed development scheme
in central Glasgow as part of its University Partnerships Programme,
including 185 post-graduate student bedrooms.
The scheme will provide 2,100 sq m (22,600 sq ft) of retail accommodation,
24 two- and three- bedroom flats and basement car parking.
The project is in conjunction with Halladale Group, which is funding
the site acquisition, retail and residential elements of the scheme.
Last month Jarvis reached financial close on the University of York
accommodation project (see News story).
