International architecture, design and engineering group Aukett Associates plc is to change its name to Aukett Group plc from next month.

The firm believes the new name will better reflect the structure and strategy of the Group, which now has 15 offices in 10 European countries trading under the Aukett Europe name.

Aukett expects to generate approximately £6m in fees during the current and next financial year from a string of commissions won throughout Europe. These include a fit out project for Cisco Systems in Frankfurt; internet gateway facilities in France for Metronexus; pan-European contracts for the design of TV studios and offices for TV home shopping company HOT; and the refurbishment of a business centre for Polaroid, near Glasgow.
