Citex has expanded its relationship with Brixton Estate
through an agreement to supply project management, planning supervision,
quality control and quantity surveying services.
The three year agreement will see Citex as the lead project manager

as well as the provider of quantity surveying services for approximately
50% of the development programme. Construction is expected to cost over
£30m per year.
Chris Dumas, managing director of Citex Project Delivery said: This
agreement recognises and reaffirms the close relationship between Citex
and Brixton - we are delighted that our long-standing working partnership
has stood us in good stead. We remain absolutely committed to developing
and improving our service standards and people, conscious that these
are the major factors in this type of agreement.
Brixton Investments senior director responsible for projects Chris
Sheedy said: I am very pleased that we have formalised this agreement
with Citex. We know that they will be providing high levels of innovation
and cost effective solutions together with the exemplary staffing that
we have come to expect from our special relationship.
