News: Charles Birch Recruitment in receivership

Specialist FM recruitment company Charles Birch Recruitment Ltd is in administrative receivership. Receivers David Hudson and Jamie Taylor of corporate recovery and rescue specialists Begbies Traynor were appointed to the Ilford, Essex based company on 23rd January 2001, following an instruction dated 25th September 2000.

However, it is understood that the goodwill, including the Charles Birch name, was sold to RMG UK Ltd, a company which shares the same Ilford address as Charles Birch Recruitment Ltd and was incorporated on 10th October 2000.

A member of staff confirmed that a company was trading as Charles Birch but Director David Bull (who is also a Director of Charles Birch Recruitment Ltd) was unavailable for comment.
