Building & Property has appointed Gavin Scarr Hall as general manager for the delivery of housing maintenance services at Liverpool City Council. Gavin was previously the deputy chairman of George S Hall and is an experienced FM professional.

Commenting on the appointment he said: “I aim to apply the skills and lessons that I have learnt from the private sector to the public arena in order to develop a more customer focused service.

“Since B&P won the seven year contract to maintain 30,000 homes in 11 housing areas in the areas of Liverpool, B&P has introduced a number of improvements. I look forward to building on these achievements and harnessing the talents of my team.”
