The vending activities of ISS Norge have been merged with
Danish vending operator House of Coffee in which ISS will own 51% of
the share capital. Prior to the merger House of Coffee had 42 employees
and an annual turnover of DKK 73m (£6m).
ISS has also acquired two companies in Sweden worth DKK 49m (£4m)
- facility services provider Innemiljövårdarna and the telephone
minding services company Teleoffice Call Center Scandinavia.
Innemiljövårdarna provides window cleaning, recycling services
and other related services. It employs 270 people and has an annual
turnover of DKK 44m (£3.8m). Teleoffice’s activities include
telephone minding, handling of client’s customer service functions
and "virtual" switchboard operator services. The company has
15 employees and an annual turnover of DKK 5m (£430,000).
