Stiell has
won a new five year FM contract with Abbey National covering twelve properties
in London and the Southeast.
The new contract is valued at £2.3m per annum and covers a wide
range of facilities services, including cleaning, helpdesk, security,
waste disposal, landscaping and building administration.
Stiell already manages properties for Abbey National throughout Scotland,
Northern Ireland and the North of England (see News
story). Managing director Bill Allan said: "The relationship
and trust that has been built between the two companies over the years
has provided a solid platform to do some exciting things in FM. We will
continue to drive forward innovation and service excellence alongside
Abbey National throughout the country."
