A full facilities management service will continue to be provided by Stiell covering domestic services, space planning, health and safety, PPM, reactive and emergency repairs, statutory examinations, lease and project management and energy management.

“It’s an exciting partnership between two very fast moving and ambitious businesses. Outstanding teamwork has been demonstrated time and time again throughout the partnership from routine maintenance tasks to high level projects,” said Bill Allan, Stiell's MD.

Stiell has been working with Abbey National since 1995 and the partnership won both the Facilities Management category and the Overall Partnership award at this year's Premises & Facilities Management Partnership Awards presented last month (see News story).

It is believed that Stiell is working to extend the partnership with Abbey National from Scotland and the north of England into the south-east.
