Jørgen Utzon has been appointed manager of Skanska’s FM operation in Denmark. The business is owned jointly by Skanska Denmark and Skanska Facilities Management AB. He was previously a director at Thorn Group, responsible for the Scandinavian service group Strax.
Utzon will lead and develop the Danish Skanska FM division, which already has signed a number of FM contracts with shopping centres and train stations in Copenhagen.
Ramoneur Cleaning and Support Services has appointed Susan Hughes (right) as operations director, with responsibility for 3,000 staff in London and the South-East. She first joined the company in the customer liaison department over 26 years ago and, following a number of promotions, was appointed to the Board in 1994.
In
addition, John Naldrett (left) has joined the company as key account
manager. He has spent 25 years in the industry, in the UK and the US,
working in the commercial, retail, office and public sector markets.
