Maxwell StephensOur client is seeking a Technical Services Officer who
will contribute to a professional and technically focussed building maintenance
service in compliance with health and safety and other regulatory requirements. You should be able to demonstrate
professional expertise in Technical Services disciplines, combined with
commercial awareness and keen customer service skills. You will possess good verbal communication
skills with the ability to construct clear and concise reports and have
excellent organisation and project management skills. You will have the ability to work to
deadlines, meeting business and technical requirements within agreed budgets.
Key skills required

Be
a member of CIBSE or equivalent registration Hold or working towards a CIBSE
accredited or equivalent qualification

Demonstrable
experience in a variety of Technical Service areas

The
ability to establish and maintain good customer relations
·
Good
team player, highly motivated and able to work on own initiative
·
Ability
to balance conflicting and changing demands through prioritisation and a pragmatic
approach

Clear
decision-making ability combined with the understanding and judgement of when
