On behalf of our Client, a leading real estate organisation, we are now looking to recruit a Senior Residential Building Manager to manage a cluster of residential buildings. You will have excellent leadership and communication skills with a proven track record in people management and residential property management.

The main responsibilities of the role will include:

• Responsible with the drafting, control and reporting of service charge budget and expenditure for the site(s).
• Monitor all activities relating to the site(s), reporting and taking action as appropriate including regular inspections of the building fabric and ensure programmes do not exceed stated budgets
• Work in conjunction with key stakeholders ensuring a maintenance and repair programme is in place and ensure your team deliver on yearly action plans
• Liaise with tenants and deal with any operational queries they might have and attend tenants’ meetings with the surveying team
• To be responsible for Health and Safety compliance on site for all residents, staff, visitors and members of the public, including organising fire and other safety evacuations and produce an emergency plan.
• To be responsible for Environmental management on site, in compliance with policy and procedure.
• To liaise with local authorities as appropriate and oversee external communications and corporate event programmes
