Maxwell StephensThe role is to manage and own the day to day running of
the Offices Services working with the on-site FM Dept to ensure that the office
runs smoothly and efficiently on an interim basis.

Managing the in house Facilities, Cleaning,
Reception, Security and Catering teams.
·
Managing and developing the provision of Office
Facilities Services within the following sites.
·
Head office – 85,000 sq ft based over 2 floors.
·
Managing a team of 8 staff including
receptionists, post room, security, facilities team and catering.
·
Developing individual and team skills to achieve
the aims of the business plan.
·
Procurement contract management and co-ordinator
of all soft and hard building services.
·
Establish excellent working relationships with
internal and external clients as well as suppliers.
·
Preparing monthly written status reports for the
Head of Facilities and assessing current operations requirements.
·
Ensuring suitable systems are in place for the
day to day office management of the premises
·
Capital expenditure budget
·
Overseeing the annual budget of several million
·
Carrying out assessments including fire safety
C.O.S.H.H, ergonomic/workstation. Health and Safety.
·
Reviewing all supplier/contractors costs
·
Space planning/internal moves
·
Tendering all Facilities contracts on a yearly
basis
·
Planning and delivering a number of large scale
projects
·
Liaison with key internal stakeholders
