Our Client are a leading facilities management and M&E maintenance organisation who have enjoyed continued growth over the last 5 years. They have specified the need for a senior operations manager to manage a portfolio of Total FM contracts across London. Contracts will predominantly be made up of Blue-Chip clienteles facilities providing Total FM or bundles of services such as M&E, Front of House , Security, Cleaning, Catering etc. Your duties will include operational management via your direct reports of teams on each contract, profit and loss management, identification of commercial opportunities and identification bid/tender of projects.
Candidates will have previous experience managing a single or multiple contracts with a total contract(s) value of at least £10million. You will have excellent communication skills, will be commercially astute and will have a background within facilities management. Our client has also specified that individuals who have a business related degree or qualification will have an advantage when applying for the role. A permanent role it comes with a salary up to £75000 + car allowance, bonus, and benefits.
