An exciting new opportunity has arisen with our client, whom a leading global brand. They are looking for this role to act as a senior professional lead in the provision of professional guidance and management of all teams (both internally and externally) across all divisions within the organisation. Working to the Head of the department, you will ensure the delivery of a cost-effective, client-focused engineering service at day-to-day level for all local sites and at a strategic level across the entire estate.

You will work in close collaboration with the FM service partners in a positive and progressive way to ensure the organisations budget is spent in the most efficient, effective and economic way.

For success you must possess a balance of both comprehensive design and operational experience along with relevant knowledge and experience in management of similar critical estates and operations such as Data Centres and generally banking environments.

You will have excellent people skills as well as a high degree of professional integrity, with commitment, drive and enthusiasm balanced with a proven ability to motivate and lead staff with a diverse range of skills through continuous and rapid change.  You will be both chartered electrically and degree qualified with all relevant professional memberships.
