Technical FM - Data Centers - Canary Wharf

A client direct opportunity, providing managerial, financial and technical leadership in a high profile, data center environment. You will be responsible for reviewing and standardising site engineering procedures, business continuity plans, engineering method statements and risk assessments to ensure that risk to the company’s facilities are kept to a minimum, and ensuring a ZERO down time culture is instilled within your team. My client are looking for someone with the following experience and attributes - • Technical Report writing • Excellent Verbal and written communication skills • Team working skills • Significant experience of working with large mission critical data centre infrastructures in a Managerial/Technical/Engineering capacity. • Health and safety trained (IOSH) • HV Authorised • Knowledge and understanding of engineering statutory compliance issues • Auditing of process to ISO 9001 • Detailed engineering, capacity & financial report and process writing • Incident management • Previous facility budget ownership > £ 1 M Please contact me in confidence to discuss the role in more detail
