Interim Facilities Management Consultant - London

Our client is one of the UK’s leading Property and Construction Consultancies. They offer Cost Consulting, Construction Management, Project Management and Facilities Management from offices across the world. Our client are currently seeking a Facilitie Management Consultant for their Facilities Team based in London to deliver strategic facilities management solutions. Working across the public and private sector you will join a team of FM Consultants who specialize in the development of FM strategies, Procurement documentation and tender management to full FM Audits and Benchmarking projects. They operate extensively across the PFI/PPP, Procure 21 and other governmental partnering commissions including a full range of Gateway controlled projects. The successful applicant will have experience gained from within the Facilities Management sector in a Business development or consultancy role. You will be able to demonstrate the ability to put together FM Strategies, procure and manage commissions. You will have extensive knowledge of the FM industry across both the public and private sector. A Hard Services background is advantageous but not essential. This particular role is a 3-6 month interim.
