An opportunity has arisen for a Multi Skilled Grade 1 Building Services Engineer or Air conditioning Engineer to join a National Facilities Maintenance provider. This role will be based in the South Dublin / Carlow area. An experienced Building Services Multi Skilled Engineer The ideal candidate will be Multi Skilled and ideally Qualified in all 3 disciplines or Air Conditioning as the priority: 2079 Grade A/C Qualification (FGas) COM Gas ACS qualified 17th Edition Level Electrical Qualified Previous experience in building services and commercial contracts, PPM & reactive maintenance, repair and refurbishment would be sought Attitude is important, MUST be self starters, articulate, well presented with a drive and passion to deliver quality standards Must be flexible to the client needs and willing to put customer service a priority What’s on offer: Permanent full time position £28 – £34k dependant level of experience and skill set Overtime and call out allowance 26 days holiday + stats Car/Van If you would like the opportunity to be consider and have the necessary experience and skills, please apply by sending your CV to clarechisholm@prsjobs.com or call 01698 464 047 --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
