Responsibilities
• To provide a compliant professional, efficient and cost effective Technical Service delivery to a high standard of customer satisfaction
• To maintain positive relationships with the Client team, stakeholders and customers ensuring work is delivered in accordance with client expectations and the highest possible standards
• To actively manage the performance of allocated Technical Services Officers, to ensure the service is delivered within professional and contractual conduct performance Requirements
• Proven professional expertise in Technical Services disciplines and in managing and motivating direct reports, combined with acute commercial awareness and demonstrable customer service skills
• Good verbal communication skills with the ability to deliver presentations and plans convincingly and the capability to construct clear and concise reports to a variety of audiences
• Demonstrable project management, people management and organisation skills
• The ability to deliver projects and plans on time, to business and technical requirements and within agreed budgets
• The ability to bring creative and innovative new approaches to technical and problem Solving Qualifications and Experience
• A minimum of 5 years experience to a high professional and technical standard across a broad spectrum of M&E and Landlord and Tenant Management Services
• Experienced staff manager
• Proven track record in establishing and maintaining good customer relations
• Be an effective motivator with the ability to develop direct reports
• Good time management skills
• Good team player, highly motivated and able to work on own initiative
• Strong planning and organising skills including the ability to manage several work streams simultaneously
• Possess leadership and change management skills
