The role - Facilities Manager, South We’re looking for a self motivated and inspirational Facilities Manager (FM), to deliver services across all our properties at our Brighton campus. We need someone who is flexible, with the ability to operate in Brighton or across the south of England at short notice.
You’ll manage suppliers and budgets, delivering value for money and an environment that best supports staff, customers and our business strategy. You’ll need to meet current needs, define the strategy for the future and ensure every property meets the latest legislative, regulatory and environmental standards. You’ll be a strong leader, providing direction, focus and support to the local facilities management teams. You’ll have experience of negotiating and procuring FM service contracts, including risk transfer, use of output specifications and key performance indicators. You will be a full member of BIFM, ideally with an FM-related qualification.
