We operate nationally to BS EN ISO 9001:2008 for our quality systems, BS EN ISO 14001:2004 for our environmental practises and OHSAS 18001:2007 for our Health and Safety procedures, a major achievement for a mid–sized privately owned company. From our corporate web site, we operate a secure client site, which gives our clients access to any real time information on their contract they require, this can include, but is not limited to, Health and Safety information, contract documentation, help desk requests and real time quality monitoring scores from our managers, who are equipped with GPRS enable PDA’s, this gives our customers an excellent tool for managing their business.

 

LCC have embraced the changes in the industry which focus on the health and safety of employees and embarked on ambitious training and development programmes for significant numbers of our staff at all levels, offering NVQ, BSC and BICSc accreditations, fully supported by our Health and Safety & Training manager, Lorraine Larman MBICSc, TechIOSH, and her team.

 

In recent years the industry has recognised our achievements resulting in success for LCC Support Services at both the Cleanability awards in 2008 and Golden Service awards in 2009 for our Integrated Business Management System. Both recognise exceptional levels of competence, service delivery and innovation.
