Can FM's contribution in the NHS be measured?
A new study by the Facilities Management Graduate Centre found that 59% of facilities and estate managers in the NHS thought that it was possible to measure the contribution of FM in terms of health outcomes: MRSA rates, average length of bed stay etc.
