Turner FM has been awarded million-pound three-year contracts with Crown
Cork & Seal, British Gypsum-Isover Ltd and the Multiple Sclerosis
Society. The latter followed the successful completion of a £1m
design and project management services contract for the Multiple Sclerosis
Society.
The £3m contract with Crown Cork & Seal covers a 60,000 sq m
area in Wantage, Oxfordshire with over 40 site-based staff. Services to
be provided include cleaning, security, help desk, M&E and building
fabric maintenance and reception. The British Gypsum-Isover contract is
valued at £0.5m and is situated in a 32,000 sq m area in Runcom,
Cheshire. With a team of 12 site-based staff, it covers services such
as cleaning, catering and security.
