US office space database partners with consultants group

The International Guild of Professional Consultants, IGPC, a group that provides "consulting4consultants," is now offering its members and other visitors to its web site (www.igpc.org ) a real estate database service that brings together companies and individuals having excess office space with those seeking space.

Offices2share.com (www.offices2share.com ), the first nationwide resource for shared office space, has announced a partnership agreement with IGPC that makes the company's internet real estate service accessible through co-branded pages to IGCP's 5,000 members.

"The partnership is our 20th since July and continues to expand our ability to bring this unique service and database directly to small businesses and entrepreneurs - rather than them having to find us," said Jeffrey Landers, founder of Offices2share.com.

Offices2share.com claims to be the only nationwide source of shared office space listings in the US, either on the internet or in traditional media outlets. "We offer numerous advantages over newspaper classified advertisements, including specialisation, worldwide readership, detailed space descriptions and minimal cost," said Landers.

Offices2share.com has listings in over 100 U.S. cities. To find a suitable tenant using Offices2share.com, potential landlords simply open an online account and post a description of their available space. For convenience, they can use passwords to access their accounts to add to, delete or edit their listings. Space seekers can, at no cost, search the database geographically, find what they are looking for and contact the listor directly.
