Expanding facilities management company Stiell
has been selected as preferred bidder to provide FM services to Abbey
National in the south-east of England. Details of the tender have not
been released but it is believed to cover the usual range of FM services,
including building services maintenance, security, cleaning and waste
management, help desk and energy management.
Sites to be serviced include the Prescot Street Head Office in the City
and offices at Bournemouth, Enfield, Fareham, Harlow, Harrow and High
Wycombe.
