i-FM has won the 2000-2001 Golden Web Award. The site was selected for the Award after being reviewed by the International Association of Web Masters and Designers (IAWMD).
The news follows i-FM’s release of its September traffic projections. The number of requests reached 590,000 which was 90% above the 310,000 target set in March. The utilisation of the site had also increased, with 12,028 visits in September– 64.5% above target, and 72% quarter on quarter. The number of month on month registrations went up by 13%.
The IAWMD is a worldwide membership association which provides a common ground from which members may further establish a professional and recognised level of credibility.
i-FM.net was launched in June 1999 as the only FM news and information web site updated every working day.
