With the Conservative Conference in full swing at Bournemouth,
Chesterton Workplace Management has scored a nice bit of timing by announcing
a new contract. The consultants have been commissioned to manage facilities
at the Party’s London offices in Smith Square.
This 25,000 sq ft building accommodates 150 people. CWM will put in an
on-site FM and take responsibility for all services.
And Barbie’s in good hands, too. Toymaker Mattel has commissioned
CWM for facilities management at its 30,000 sq ft HQ in Maidenhead. To
enhance service delivery, the building is to be linked in to the Workplace
Management central helpdesk system. The consultants will also take a key
role in projects ranging from space planning to refurbishment.
