Amec Facilities resident services team has retained and expanded a contract with Prudential through a competitive tendering process. The FM company is to provide M&E maintenance, building and fabric services, project works and additional support to other Prudential properties around the country.
The contract will cover 11 buildings in Reading, the head
office and three other premises in London as well as provincial sites
in Glasgow, Belfast, Nottingham and Cardiff.

FM has been appointed by Granada Road Services to manage and operate
a nationwide customer-focused maintenance administration system.
The contract is to include single-source management of Granada Road Services’ annual maintenance activities at three UK roadside and motorway service areas. A 24 hour, 365 day help desk service and individually designed programmes have also been written for the company by Banner FM.
