Environmental consultant EMS has been awarded a contract
to audit all of Deutsche Bank’s London buildings.
The partnership began in June last year with a monitoring contract and
risk assessment at Deutsche Banks’ London Wall site when it opened.
The purchase of Bankers Trust and subsequent refurbishment work has led
to this extended agreement.
The auditing contract covers workplace issues such as indoor air quality,
occupancy comfort and water quality as well as legionella risk assessment
of 28 London sites.
