C&W forms association with New Zealand real estate firm

Real estate services firm Cushman &Wakefield has formed an association with New Zealand commercial and industrial property services company Bayleys Real Estate.

Nigel Bacon, group CEO of Cushman & Wakefield Asia said: "We are very pleased to extend that reach to New Zealand and are delighted to do that through Bayleys Real Estate which has New Zealand's most comprehensive national network of offices servicing the commercial and industrial property market.

"We anticipate increased interest in New Zealand from international property investors and occupiers. Both our companies are committed to providing best of class service and both are making substantial investments in technology in order to continually improve the benefits we bring to clients."

David Bayley, executive director of Bayleys Real Estate added: "Our relationship with Cushman & Wakefield enables us to provide more comprehensive services to our clients.
