La Salle wins vote in Florida!

Jones Lang LaSalle has won the 2000 Site Selection/William Dorsey Service Provider Award in the Full-Service Real Estate category for its 'exceptional integrated client service delivery'.

The award was presented during IDRC's World Congress in Orlando and was named in memory of the late William Dorsey, a leading economic development official and site location strategy consultant who served for over 30 years.

Commenting on the award, chairman and chief executive officer of Jones Lang LaSalle, Stuart L. Scott, said: "We are honoured by this outstanding recognition among our peers for our commitment to providing best-in-class integrated services to our clients. This award underscores the cornerstone of our philosophy which has always been to place our clients' interests first - without question -- and regardless of the situation."

Managing editor of Site Selection magazine, Mark Arend, who selected the winners added: "This award is about recognising the organisations in this industry that understand the importance of both service innovation and putting client service first."

Rumours that Trammell Crow is seeking a recount have been dismissed as mere media fabrications.
