Eurica secures services contract with IoD

Eurica are to deliver occupancy services by joining forces with the Institute of Directors (IoD), MEPC and Stonemartin Corporate Centres to roll out a series of IoD branded corporate business centres in major cities across the UK.

Up to 22 IoD Corporate Centres will open over the next four years, to provide a 'total business infrastructure' for companies including managed and serviced accommodation and an IoD Directors Room, offering visitor facilities as well as conference and meeting rooms.

Eurica has secured a major stake in the new operating company and will be entering an 8-year facilities management agreement for the provision of comprehensive building and business support services, ranging from hotel services and maintenance to telephony and concierge activities.

Julian Squire, chief executive of Eurica, commented: "The development of IoD Corporate Centres represents a major landmark in the development of FM and occupancy services in the UK. First class business environments will be created, supported by high quality services and we will provide directly employed staff, trained to deliver a unique business experience."
