ABB Steward Limited has changed its name to ABB Building Technologies Ltd.

The company says the new name more accurately expresses its core capabilities in providing technology-based solutions in mechanical and electrical installation, specialist heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems, communications networks, building service and facilities management. The name-change is also in line with the announcement by ABB that its global Products and Contracting business segment has been renamed Building Technologies.

ABB Building Technologies has 12 offices around the UK, with its head office in Solihull, West Midlands. Recent projects include Gunwharf Quays, the shopping and leisure centre in Portsmouth and Worcester PFI Hospital, as i-FM has previously reported.
