i-FM understands that John McDonough, MD of Johnson Controls IFM UK is moving onwards and upwards into a European role. McDonough moved into the MD role early last year from JC's Automotive Systems Group where he was MD. He replaced Wayne Felton who, backed by Mercury Private Equity, engineered the management buy-out of Unicorn Consultancy Services from Building & Property Group.

It is expected that Johnson Controls will announce the appointment of a new MD soon.
