OCS appointment and new contract

Trident Contract Services, part of the OCS Group, has appointed Rod Morphew as its new Director of Operations.

Rob, who will be based at Trident's headquarters in Harlow, has extensive experience in the private and public FM sectors, including positions with Parcelforce and Rentokil Initial.

Matthew Lester, Trident's Managing Director, says: "Rod will be a great addition to the company. His focus on developing teams and ensuring people are properly trained is exactly in line with Trident's philosophy - and is precisely what is needed to keep satisfying our customers."

Another part of the OCS Group, AAS, has won two contracts to provide a mishandled baggage delivery service for JMC, the holiday operators, at eight UK airports and the luggage service at Birmingham International Airport.

The mishandled baggage service for JMC will be operated at various UK airports, including Gatwick, Manchester and Stansted, and will reunite passengers arriving in the UK with lost luggage, delivering it direct to their door by a special AAS courier service. AAS have access to the World Tracer system to help them trace lost luggage and will be able to help JMC's passengers via a special helpline for enquiries
