MWB BusinessExchange is to provide 2,400 sq m of serviced offices to British Telecom business unit, BT Genie, at No 1, The Broadway, Hammersmith in a ‘ground breaking’ contract signed at MIPIM. The contract offers a new dimension to the concept of serviced office space because the building will be dedicated to BT Genie and will be wired to meet its bespoke IT and telecomms infrastructure requirements.
Called Flexispace, this contract is thought to be the largest bespoke serviced office contract to have taken place in the market. BT Genie has negotiated a five year lease.
