Trammell Crow Savills launches 'e' service

Trammell Crow Savills (TCS) has launched an 'e-concierge' service to help its clients' staff balance their work and personal commitments. The service is being piloted at Ernst & Young, where TCS offers online access to shopping, dry cleaning and car valeting.

TCS general manager at E&Y, Paul McLoughlin, says: “Traditional salary and pension packages do not always go far enough towards incentivising the workforce. Employees now expect, and receive, a number of ‘softer’ benefits, and it is these that ease the day to day stress at work and therefore contribute enormously to building employee loyalty, as well as enhancing and improving individuals’ productivity. Our objective is to provide a range of personal services within the workplace to create excellent employee morale and reduce staff downtime.“
