Contract extension for Eurest Sutcliffe

Eurest Sutcliffe has been awarded a three year extension to its contract with Bristol & West under which it provides catering for 1,100 staff at the company’s new premises at Temple Quay in Bristol. The company has managed the catering at the bank’s offices in the city centre and its admin centre for eight years.

The contract extension will include the provision of a main restaurant service, a deli bar and a shop selling various items as well as providing a dry cleaning and photo developing service. Eurest will also provide corporate hospitality for 18 serviced meeting rooms, a 160-seater auditorium and the board room.

Eurest plans to provide menus via the staff Intranet and a cashless system has already been introduced to speed up customer flow.

Commenting on the contract, facilities manager at Bristol & West John Peverall, said: “Following a re-tender of the service, we decided to extend our contract with Eurest Sutcliffe because of their commitment to customer satisfaction, value for money, and the strong working relationship we had developed with the management team.”

Penny Papierz, operations director at Eurest Sutcliffe, added: “The contract extension is testimony to our expertise in providing high quality and innovative catering services. We are looking forward to building our relationship with Bristol & West and providing a first class and value for money food service for the bank’s staff and corporate visitors.”
