John de Lucy, a familiar face on the FM scene, is to move from CB Hillier Parker to media group Pearson as facilities director for the company's new London headquarters.

He joined CB Hillier Parker in 1998, from PPP Healthcare, taking on the role of business manager for the corporate facilities management business in EMEA. More recently he has been reviewing all support services to CB Hillier Parker's own buildings.

John has always been interested in both new ways of working and new ways of delivering services. He will probably need to draw on experience in both, with just two months from his official start at the beginning of next month to Pearson's move into the old Shell Mex House on the Strand.
