Bovis Lend Lease Facilities Management has been awarded
a £3m FM contract with IT company Novell, to provide services
at four of the networking company’s European offices for three
years.
FM services to be provided at Novell’s European HQ in Bracknell,
at two offices in Dublin and one in Rotterdam, include maintenance of
buildings services and fabrics, catering and vending for 350 staff,
cleaning of the 13,500 sq m (145,000 sq ft) office space, as well as
waste management and move planning.
