Denver based software company J.D. Edwards is to launch a web-enabled version of its Property Management tool as part of its OneWorld Xe e-commerce solution.

The company says that the fully integrated Property Management solution will enable real estate investment trusts (REIT), property management firms, governments and corporate real estate departments to effectively and proactively manage their portfolio of properties.

The Property Management solution will encompass: web-based lease administration; proactive portfolio management; Reduced back-office paper usage; enhanced lease versioning.
