Dalkia director moves to Johnson Controls

David Sterry, Director of FM Consultancy at Dalkia is moving to Johnson Controls IFM UK. David has led the development of property and accommodation strategies across a broad range of industry sectors and during his four years heading up the consulting business at Dalkia he was responsible for various change programmes.

David is a member of Royal Institute of Architects (RIBA) and holds a BSc in Architectural Studies. He started his career at Lloyds Bank as Senior Project Architect before moving on to Continental Bank where he was responsible for property strategy across Europe. He was also Lead Consultant at Procord Ltd, which became part of Johnson Controls in 1995.

Speaking of his appointment David Sterry said: "I am delighted to be joining Johnson Controls and working with their highly respected consultancy team. I will be working with the team to develop a range of tested consultancy products that clearly deliver improvement and add value to the company’s to integrated service offering."

David will take up his role later this summer.
