The International Facility Management Association (IFMA) presented Charters to the founders of two new Chapters at World Workplace. Keith Pratt, Mike Liddle and Alistair Edie received the Charter for the new UK Chapter of IFMA and Ondrej Strup was clearly delighted to have official recognition of the new Chapter in the Czech Republic.

In the evening, delegates moved to the historic Glasgow Museum of Transport for the Welcome Reception, the first of many networking events to be held throughout the conference.
