The Centre for Facilities Consultancy has recruited a new consultant to its team. Tom Oliver (pictured) joins the Centre having spent several years in local government dealing with administrative and democratic services. He has been involved with facilities management at a high level and across all disciplines at Thurrock Council, a unitary authority. The Centre says his background will be invaluable in developing its Best Value activities.
